WARNING: Post ahead contains me writing about my day so if you don't feel like it, please do leave and don't complain about me writing too much / brag. I don't brag you hag. Shut it there.
As usual, went to school again for my *supposed* History class which got cancelled..last night.
Went anyway because I can never finish my essay at home so the library is the way to go.
And besides, they've got more reference books which saves me the trouble from Googling them (you can find so many but of little significance).
Stayed in school from 8-12 and went out to watch NOW YOU SEE ME.
Pretty good movie btw!
The first movie I actually focused on without checking my phone or finding faults and making a joke out of it in a long, long time!
It was a good thing we went to get the tickets first because we thought the movie started at 1.20 but it was actually 12.30 and when we got the tickets it was like 12.20. SAVED.
Personally, I'm no good at rating movies just as I am with books because I am easily swayed.
I swear if it excites me and if I deem it memorable, I'd say '11 out of 10!'
If we were to go into details to include storyline, plot, cinematography and all that, you're reading the wrong "review" here.
I suppose I can say, if you're looking for something to talk about after the movie, consider it an option.
Went to eat after that and it was so funny because Kopitiam's the kind of shop that lets you write down your own orders according to the number codes right?
And after what seems an indecisive eternity, we finally jotted down the numbers and the waitress checked them again.
'333. Kolomee? Mau ayam atau daging?
'Whoah, how did you do that?'
*inda layan* '385. Chicken Ham sandwich'
'HAHAHA OMG how did you know?!'
'888. Mau yang panas kah sajuk?'
'aw man seriously, how did you do that?'
'Kami kana suruh hafalkan so sanang refer without pakai menu'
'damn that was good'
Again, I'm easily swayed. Guess which one I am in that conversation!
After our late lunch, we went to Matadoe and pulled Ka Zats' surprise-advanced-birthday!
We were so poker faced about it, she almost cried when the cake came.
ESEN.
Ok it wasn't really a cake, it was more like 2 chocolate fudge mini cakes. It was worth everything.
The waitress was particularly hilarious because when I gave them the candles at the counter and told her to light it up when she served it she was like 'no problem ma'am' and when i sat, she came up to me and gave me that telepathic look and mouthed 'now ma'am?' and I'm just there nodding and shit tapi ketara ah because she told the other waitress who was on the other side of the counter in a LOUD but very hush-hush way like the spies in the movie 'now.'
That was pretty funny.
It's that 'you should have been there' moment
So that's Wednesday. And because today is good, I hope tomorrow will be better but whatever comes, the day has been great.
Period.
Yes, this also includes Cg Rubiah's decision to add 2 more essays. So now I have 6 History essays and 1 Lit essay. Great.
