First day couldn't have gone any better but we'll leave that aside for now.
I realised that with some friends it's only weird to tell them how much you love them because there really is no need to say it because you know they know. Unless it's some big occasion like you find out you're dying or something then that's totally acceptable... I think.
While with some people, with every end to the conversation, there's always that declaration of love because you feel you haven't said it enough... I think that too.
I don't really mind having both because like I said, it's only weird sometimes. I have those friends who looks at me like I've lost my mind when I tell them I love them but I only usually do that to tease them. It's fun really. But on most days when I decide to text them I love them, they either reply with 'ok mills' or don't reply at all. Itsk guys.
There's also that group of friends where swearing and cursing at them is the norm. Or you can have a mixture of both love proclamations and cursings in one sentence, e.g 'love u bitch'
Aaaahhh the serenity in hearing that! Nothing beats the love yo!
But sometimes when all else fails, it wouldn't hurt to have a sense of reassurance where they tell you that at the end of the day, no matter who they've hung out with or what, it will always still be you.
How's that for deep thoughts on the first day of school! hohohoho Ms. LY's class though... 'when you have power, you will be alone' (and we refer to this for exponential functions)
