March was my favourite month of 2013.
I remember:
I hated school in February and I nagged and begged my parents so that they'll move me to another school.
My level of hatred was deep. Like deep with a hashtag and a capital P.
It was during this month, big changes started to happen.
I got into the Student Council (weeee!) and that meant meeting more people with crazier and wild personalities.
I actually did not know talking to both your juniors and seniors was part of the job. Talking to the latter tho... big mistake HAHAHA
Please note that when in MS, the school is very MIB.
We do Melayu Inggeris Bercampur
and when it comes to work, we have Meetings Inda Beranti
I remember going to a few meetings because and running around here and there and I'm pretty sure there was also a lot of complaining.
I remember during jogathon, I ran solo (yes to Ezzati's post) and I was really proud of myself because I managed to get a number!
After a whole day of running and getting cramps because I am a potato, the day was preceded by another KQ meeting in the gym. Then we were told to clean the class areas for the sleeping place and then arrange tables and then continued to the CR to figure out their group names.
By then it was already around 5 and we had to be in school the next day by 6-6.30 AM I think.
I don't think I need to emphasise how tiring it was but it was so worth it!
During KQ, I got closer to a few people and got to know some new people and basically I was very fortunate to have people like them around me to make me see Maktab Sains through new eyes and I am sure that after school re-opened, I love love love MS up until the last school day of 4th term.
I love school and that's all thanks to the people.
Sometimes I get scared to reach 2014 because I'm afraid it won't be the same as 2013 but I fail to realise that what I have acquired in 2013, I still can have in 2014.
I don't mean to objectify my friends here but I think you know what I mean.
After KQ and while still on term break, the AJK went out quite a few times because we were NOT attached (except for Zur though. Zur be to cool to go out with us salahoi people heheheh)
Basically, I love all their faces. I do.
After school re-opened, I was IN LOVE with the idea of waking up in the morning to go to school, to stay back, or anything school-related.
All went well because I had great Math classmates, my Literature friends since Year 9, History was exciting and my classmates were fun and my PS was more and more productive.
If there were any lows that time, my ups were enough to cast a shadow over it.
I had nothing to complain about.
To sum it all up, I love March and what it brought me: new friends with new perspectives and old friends with old jokes.
I'll miss this but let's stay on the bright side! (I'm trying to convince myself this)
Till then!
