Sunday's workout

Ok, so no crunches of running or jogging or kick-boxing today.
Today my plan of a healthy workout is vacuuming the house. Top to bottom.
And then picking up the laundry and send them to the ironing room. wtf, I mean the place where the ironing takes place. Upstairs.
Yes. That's a lot of workout for today.
