HOI TAMS
We all need a change of scenery don't we?
Thus, the great greeting! xx
Since everybody is updating their blogs, I might as well do the same.
I'm not exactly sure about what to write about but c'mon, I'm not blogging about news or whatever happened on Earth recently, merely writing for people to go 'oh, I feel like reading something quite different today. I know, let's read Mills' because that's always so upside down and irrelevant!'
So, other than the usual exam updates (which can be B-O-R-I-N-G), I've decided to write about something 'stress-free' which is ....... MY RANTINGS!
BAHAHAHHA sorry guys.
I've seen some movies lately (despite my very religious vow to NOT) and it wasn't as bad as I thought I would feel like.
I imagined deep guilt that would haunt my very soul (Lit effect still on btw)
But, hey! I actually felt better.
I needed to get away from all the studying and getting locked up in my room (not against my free will).
and I DID.
My current movie taste is different for now, lol just to balance out the weight of 9 subjects in me own noggins.
Let's say it's a fine balance between black humour and just loud humour.
*If you think I'm being racist by going on black humour, I'm not. Please Google it Veronica Mars.
As we can all agree that as age proceeds, so does the interests.
I feel kinda weird if I were to state it upfront or anything, so being the great and really nice person I am, I've been dropping hints in this post (even from the first line) so we can all share the joyous feeling of sharing ideas and thoughts.
It's really something I wanna do before I reach the milestone.
18.
Speaking of which, one of the many things that needs to be done is to go to Taiwan and experience the different culture and to learn that judging a book by its cover is basically making an ass out of you and me.
Something very basic we learn in Year 9.
Schveet.
Something that I caught up with between the few days of break that the heavens have sent to us, holders of godforsaken brain capability, is learning that people encounter problems which are so much bigger than I initially thought and it's not just that, it's how complex it gets and it's so different than what the movies and all those happy ending books have to tell us.
They make it look so simple yet, in reality the amount of burden is almost considered as a cultural sin, which is funny considering that sins are derived from religions.
It really does show that some people/places pays much more attention to their culture sometimes, instead of having an even balance of moral and social needs.
It's like trying to mix politics and religion together.
OH NO
STOP
This is how it begins.
I won't be surprised if I get my name blacklisted on several official lists in the future.
jokes dudes.
Trying to conclude what ever the hell I have written which makes no chain linkage to each other, I think what I'd like to say is that life is too short to make mistakes and to please other people. One way or another, we are bound to piss people off with our choices and sometimes our choices are our biggest mistakes. But then one day we'll look back and realise and say 'Shit. What a bunch of good years did I throw down the drain? Worrying about what people will think of me and in the end walk in a sack that people say I look good in when I know I look like a friggin walking potato'
What the hell did I just talk about.
